Compressed air applications: workshops, painting, industry and construction
Describe your task in plain language: “an impact wrench”, “air for a production line” or “a portable compressor”. You do not need a model number to get started.
From application to inputs
For a workshop, list tools and simultaneous operation. For painting, obtain air requirements from the spray-gun and coating suppliers. For a production line, specify each connection and duty cycle. For field work, state power availability, site conditions and uninterrupted runtime. This structures a request; it is not a universal equipment selection.
A compressor is not always the best solution
For continuous blowing, drying or air movement, compare compressed air with suitable fans, blowers and other technologies. Define the required effect and process parameters before selecting an air source. A larger compressor is not always the sensible answer.
Prepare a brand-independent request
State what must operate, where the site is and which constraints are known. Mark unknown parameters as unknown. Contacts includes a request template: complete the available information and open WhatsApp or email. To explore independently, start in Configure and save the installation as a PDF.
What to prepare
- Equipment that must operate
- Number of devices operating simultaneously
- Datasheet requirements
- Installation location and operating hours
- Inputs still requiring measurement
This guide helps assemble inputs. Check the complete datasheet for the specific model’s conditions.
